Very slow customers service slipping on the way. Went in few time 1 person before me every time I went and standing 30 min while staff playing around drinking tea and coffee it’s unacceptable and unprofessional staff! never more go there
Terrible service from Peter the operation manager and Finley the branch manager. Unable to return a faulty part as I’m unable to locate the invoice. They failed to search for my transaction even though I have proof of purchase. Both rude and unhelpful so I would recommend using another supplier.
After reading the latest review I have to say that I have been using this branch for many years and I can say I strongly disagree with them. Finley is one of the best most helpful active managers St Albans has had in many years. She is professional and will go above and beyond to help customers out. I’ve been trading in St Albans for over 35 years and this is the best supplier we have had the pleasure of doing business with
This company is one massive joke. They don’t take responsibility for nothing everyone when you call puts the blame on someone else and never see a good outcome. They do not care about their customers and the customer service. The manager Finlay is very rude when the conversation or problem is not going her way, she will hang up the phone or sometimes even swear at you. I can not believe I was actually forced to write a review however let this be a warning for all garages or mechanics trying to use euro car parts St Albans.
They don't have anything to do with car parts and deliveries.
I have ordered some brakepads and a filter,...should be delivered în 3-4 working days....and after 6 working days....not delivered.
So I need to call again....to findout what about my order.
They pass me from one to another....to tell me they don't have the brakepads yet.
I should guess that,because nobody informed me.
As a supplier...you don't update your customer ???Will be 5 days late....will be 1 month late....something .
But nothing......0.00 professionsalism.
Bassically they forgot about my order.
And I keep the car in the front of my house,waiting for the parts.
